Lonx QR offers a free tier with no payment required, so no refund applies to it. You can start using dynamic QR codes on the free tier at any time without a credit card.

2. Cancelling a paid plan

You may cancel a paid subscription plan at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future billing; your existing QR codes and their content remain functional as described in our Terms of Service.
