By creating an account, accessing, or using Lonx QR ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing on its behalf and confirming you have the authority to do so. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Lonx QR is a QR code generation and management platform. It lets you create dynamic QR codes (websites, PDFs, link-in-bio pages, digital business cards, WiFi credentials, and similar content types), customize their design, organize them into folders, and view scan analytics such as scan counts and trends over time. Because our codes are dynamic, the content a printed code points to can be edited after the code has been generated and printed.

Lonx QR does not maintain its own username/password login. Accounts are created and authenticated exclusively through the central LONX identity provider at auth.lonx.net (single sign-on). You are responsible for keeping your LONX account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

The Service is offered on a free tier and one or more paid subscription plans with additional features or usage limits, as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Paid plan billing, invoicing, and payment processing are handled centrally as part of the LONX platform; specific billing cycles, prices, taxes, and payment methods are disclosed at checkout and may change with notice.

You are responsible for any fees associated with your chosen plan. Downgrading or cancelling a plan takes effect as described in our Refund Policy.

You agree not to use the Service to create, host, or link to content that is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or infringing; to distribute malware or phishing content; to violate the rights (including intellectual property and privacy rights) of any third party; or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts. We reserve the right to disable any QR code or account found to violate this policy.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you upload or link to through your QR codes (e.g. PDFs, contact details, URLs). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, misused the Service, or if required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
